Paypal Email is nit fake: Indian users are bound to withdraw within 30 days

    Hello there,
    I belong to non supported country and Joined Paypal via Indian nationality.

    I am verified via VCC and havne't entered my PAN or tax details.

    The Below details is confirmed via Paypal Help support.

    I got this email Today:
    I mailed to Paypal through their Site:
    And i get this reply from Paypal:
    Concluion:
    Indian Users are now screwed.

    Dure, the other threads were so mixed up in which many members were confused about the origin of email and most of them were calling this email "FAKE"

    And i have mentioned a clear statement in 1 single post that the Email is sent by PayPal and do not take it lightly.

    Indian user can still use the funds recied to their paypal account without withdrawing to their bank? if not then how come you purchase online with your funds received from the sale of your service or product?

    Well I think Paypal is starting to withdrawal from the india market due to regulation problems...; this is probably the first step...
