I'm running a website and selling virtual items, i added paragraph to TOS that there will be no chargeback given after you made the purchase
and all my clients must agree to TOS before buying anything
My question is: will it help me win dispute case if some1 decides to open it?

No, since it's a virtual item, you will lose if your clients decide to open a case against you.

well it depends none of the sellers or buyers protected when it comes to virtual goods
so is whatever paypal going to decide to

but if buyer sign your TOS with adobe online signature and you provide that proof when it comes to dispute you can win even if is charge-back by the bank

Paypal buyer protection does not cover virtual items, they will suspend the funds but you will win the dispute and get your money.

Not true. It works the other way around. Paypal disputes only operate for physical goods, so if you get a dispute, "escalate" it - this means you are asking Paypal for a immediate judgement, and they will judge in your favour.

hi as far as I know paypal terms do not cover virtual items under this clause... you will still be prone to cases if at there is a chance

Why are you so sure that everyone will chargeback ?
those buying your item are not satisfied with what they are getting ?

I've had such a dispute for a virtual item I sold and I won the dispute. You just have to provide them all the evidence you have that you delivered what the client paid for.
