What's the reason for the client dispute/chargeback? Just trying to get free service, or was there a disagreement of terms?
Collect and put together the logs of communication.
Contact PayPal by phone too. If you get bounced around, look for PayPal's escalation phone numbers. You can find it on Google, or maybe here(I think I saw it before in a thread...maybe a stickied thread).

The reason for the dispute is that the client is trying to get free service.
What sort of service did you provide? Digital or Goods? Since you have e-mailed the support, I would suggest waiting for a reply. Try calling them too as a member suggested.Good luck!
