    Hi,

Recently a dispute was filed against me on Paypal, my account has been limited and a negative balance of -£600 has been placed on it.
I replied to the dispute and provided Paypal with all the evidence to prove to them that I provided the service and that the client is attempting a charge back scam against me but somehow I still lost the dispute.

Unfortunately my Paypal account has my real details so I cant just forget about it..I emailed them regarding that they re-evaluate the dispute but I am still awaiting on a reply.

    What can I do?

What's the reason for the client dispute/chargeback? Just trying to get free service, or was there a disagreement of terms?

Collect and put together the logs of communication.

Contact PayPal by phone too. If you get bounced around, look for PayPal's escalation phone numbers. You can find it on Google, or maybe here(I think I saw it before in a thread...maybe a stickied thread).

Thanks, I'll give PayPal a call.
The reason for the dispute is that the client is trying to get free service.

What sort of service did you provide? Digital or Goods? Since you have e-mailed the support, I would suggest waiting for a reply. Try calling them too as a member suggested.Good luck!
