    Hi

Recently I sent someone $300 to buy links for me on sape network. The guy claims he sent me the list of links on may 21. In my email there is no mail from this guy then or after that. Now today he sent me a list of links but apparently he just bought them. I opened up a paypal dispute.

How can i prove to paypal that he did not send me the links on may 21? (rather he just purchased them within last few days or something)

One proof i sent to paypal was some caches of google of the web pages he supposdley bought links on may 21. It shows on may 24 and may 27 that there is not such link on site. Is this enough proof?

    Thanks

You may have issues but the seller delivered a service to you! I take your point that he bought some links then resold them to you, that may well be the case. Many call that BUSINESS...

But the points I have raised may not be considered at PP as they handle disputes in obscure and often irregular way - all very hit and miss...

So is very simple, ask him to prove that he bought, if he didn't bought anything, just send this to PayPal with refund request for your 300 USD. Normally PayPal is reacting very well at this kind of requests

Unfortunately, PayPal don't offer any protection for both sellers and buyers for intangible goods, including digital products. If you can't resolve this with the seller, there's no harm in trying to file a dispute but I doubt PayPal can help.
