Ok,so some time ago a guy from a different forum dealing with Forex purchased some bulk adwords accounts.

He refused to make the payment as a gift saying that he can't do it from his country.I bait and allowed him to send trough a different way,as a service or something like that.

The next day after I delivered the accounts,he contacted me over MSN or something like that, asking me for a refund.I asked him what was the problem, since all of my accounts were working, and were delivered with 1000+ impressions and 12 clicks(test campaign,on each.I do this verry rare on request).I said that I'm ok with a refund, and when I tried to check the accounts,to see who's fault was,all the account had changed passwords.I asked him for the new passwords and he said that he can't do that, and if I won't refund him as soon as possible he'll open a paypal dispute.

I ignored him and nothing happend for around 2 weeks, but now the idiot open the dispute on paypal, and now I have a negative balance of around 50$.

What should I do now? This idiot made 2 accounts here and gave me 2 negative iTrader, wich sucks.I reported to mods but nothing happend till now.I'll wait 2 more days then i'll make another report.

Back to paypal now. This is what I get on paypal

So it's a non receipt dispute, wich I don't know wtf is meaning.Paypal looks like it's encouraging me to discuss with the buyer, but it's obvious I can't deal with him.

Another problem,is that he wrote a message "For Adwords account ".I can't tell paypal that I'm selling adwords accounts lol,so I was thinking that I had teach him how to use adwords properly and he made the payment after? This way paypal can't take the money from my account, right? Since there's nothing shipped.

Can you guys teach me what should I do to deal this with paypal? What should I tell them, what should I do?This is my first dispute on paypal in around 3 years,so I have no idea.

You're pretty much fucked now. PayPal is a bitch and chooses the buyers side almost every time in a dispute.

The transaction was made for a tangible item which means something you are going to ship out, if you look at the screenshot above you'll see his address printed for the shipment. But the buyer is quite dumb because he mentioned that it's for Adwords accounts = intangible and if you confirm that it's for Adwords accounts then I will think PayPal will close it in your favor. Now that both of you breached Google's TOS, that is another story and I'm not sure how PayPal handles such things but let's hope for the best.

Edit: To the previous poster, no not really, I've won several disputes though I'm the seller, you just have to have common sense and understood their TOS.

I think they get 2 monkeys who have a knife fight. Both of the monkeys wear tshirts. One saying buyer, the other seller. The monkey who wins the knife fight, wins the dispute.

Yea, he basically tried to throw you under the bus but in the process left an open window. But like junkfood00 said, he messed up in saying its adwords, you can argue its for adwords service that you provided which makes more sense then whatever your scammer says. For services paypal might not issue refunds.

Btw, how many adwords accounts did you sell for $50? You sold them with activity, all together for $50? Doesnt seem like a bad service for those price you got there.

That's what I tought I should do aswell. Saying to paypal that I gave him training for using his adwords account trough team viewer and some chat services.

Should I click on "Escalate this dispute to a paypal claim" and make a good story?

Edit: So paypal isn't going to refund for services?

Just fyi, paypal will not consider disputes over virtual goods. So if you say that you sold anything that is a virtual good (and not through ebay), the dispute will be automatically ruled in the seller's favour. This was the case last time I checked anyhow, which was earlier this year.
    Good luck mate.

Yes, do your side of the story and escalate it to a dispute. No sense in dicking around with him as it won't get you anywhere.

If what you say is true the guy is a scumbag and will get what's coming to him. I would save your effort and move on.

I've supplied tracking codes and proof of shipment multiple times in case of a dispute but still paypal refunded the money to the scammers.

Maybe it's different with intangible goods though.

There are different rules for tangible items, for example if PayPal believes the items are counterfeit, they will refund the buyer immediately and you may not receive the items back from the buyer. You also need to ship the items to the address PayPal got on file to avoid dispute loss and headaches. Bear in mind that not all cases are the same, so make sure to read and understand the TOS, soon you will realize that you are an expert at handling disputes.

When it comes to tangible goods paypal almost always chooses the buyers site unfortunately. You can give them proof of delivery but it doesn't help. Seems there are a lot of ebay sellers who are having this problem also.

Whenever I had a tracking number (as a seller), I always won the dispute. I had it happen at least 5 times.

Don't base your opinion on others' experiences, you will be come too conscious about it, you just have to play the game well, read the rules and know your cards, I've also read a lot of horror stories but I remain with PayPal and I've never had a problem with them. A tip is to call them up (via Skype for free) whenever you think there is a risk to your account, that's another way to eliminate problems.
