So I mailed a item through UPS to a person on the West Coast. They paid via Paypal. Their Paypal address/name (verified) was different than the one I shipped to on the West Coast (The paypal address was in the Midwest). Anyways, the item arrived via UPS and shows it was delivered in the address the guy specified in an e-mail. The e-mail is also different than the one paid for by Paypal. So a few days later he opens up a dispute and escalates the claim saying he never got it. Am I going to lose this dispute?
