PayPal: dafuq am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to lift my PP receiving funds limit...
After I sent them the (real) ID and proof address, nothing happens for 11 days, when I sent them an email.
I got this reply:
"

thank you for uploading your photo id and your proof of address. I have used this information to lift your limits and verify your identity.

So, I've checked my PP account:
Fail #1: http://i.imgur.com/dzq6pfQ.png - I'm still limited
Fail #2: http://i.imgur.com/iLJpMjs.png - I can do nothing to lift the limit, I already did everything from there.

Try calling the customer support. It worked out for me when trying to remove my pp limitations.

I can't...it's a woman PP account (my mom) and she dont know english

Just say that you're calling them on behalf of your mom and they'll ask you to verify a few things that's related to your account and you'll be fine if you answer them right.

It happend to me. I even called them many times and said that the limits are still there but all they said was that my limits are lifted. So I determined it is just a visual bug and after I exceeded those limits they disappeared.

Also, gender usually doesn't matter when calling paypal. Only 1 of 20 reps asked to talk with the real owner so I hanged on him, called again and no problems.

Did you try replying back to their email? From which country are you applying?
