For the past 2 years, the currency exchange on Paypal was about 90 euro cents for every $1 dollar.

So for $1000 dollars, I'd get about 900 euros. Pretty good.

3 years ago, it was about 70 euro cents for every $1 dollar. So I was getting 700 euros for every $1000 dollars.

You see, that's a HUGE difference for me. 200 euros pays me 2 MONTHS of rent.

And now in the past 2 days, it dropped to about 85 euro cents per $1

And I have like $500 bucks in Paypal, and suddenly I lost basically 25 euros. 25 euros pays my water and internet monthly bills. It's no small thing.

So I was wondering now, should I change my dollars into Euros now before it drops more, or let it sit in hopes it will rise again.

Anyone knows anything about this currency fluctuation type stuff? Give me some advice?

    Thanks
