PayPal cleared my friend's account due for withdrawal after 180 days.

This happened to a friend and it's really scary.

Account of this dude was limited by PayPal, and this they said would mean his fund would have to be in detention for 180 days. That he would receive a mail when his money is due for withdrawal.

December 4 ,2019 would complete the 180 days, but my friend didn't get a message from PayPal.

So, he decided to login to see things with his own eyes.

However, upon his login to his surprise the fund had been cleared and transfered to PayPal.

That's what exactly the transaction reads. -" Transfer to PayPal"

I already asked him to contact PayPal support. But has anyone experienced this before ? What can he do.
