paypal cheating as always

just bought today a new dedicated server and was able to see the
confirmation email from paypal to the seller.

Seller Protection - Not Eligible

The fucking bastards already asked me like 5 times for ID proof,letter proof,bill proof etc as this is my personal paypal account i had no issues with that but writing to the server seller i provided an unconfirmed address makes me mad now as he is making trouble.Are they nuts are just trying to cheat so they dont need to give seller protection.

Just add a confirmed address to the account. Ideally nothing should go to that address anyways. A lot of bigger companies have problems with unconfirmed addresses.
