Paypal chargeback scam?

So every 3 or 4 years I get a charegeback scammon ebay. Had one recently and now paypal is holding funds . Buyer is alleging unauthorized purchase on his creditcard despite the fact he asked me for a tracking number on ebay!

I've lost the last two, are these possible to win??? Paypal really screws the sellers since these are impossible to win. Ive sent paypal a copy of the tracking number showing delivery as well as buyers emails to me.

If you have solid proof then surely you cant lose?

It's possible, though few know how or have much success. I've helped a few people on here over the past few years and they all won their disputes.

In my experience if you have followed the policy 100% and can provide proof you have better than 50/50 chance of winning. Where a lot of people go wrong is they don't follow policy and in 99.9% of such cases that is an automatic loss for the seller.
