Few days ago i've got a problem with 4 PP transaction, all from the same user, for unauthorized transaction. I've call her before do everything else and she said that she never open any chargeback from Paypal, she had call paypal and she sdaid that they had make a random check on this 4 transactions but that if she can proove that the transdaction where authorized (they ask for credit cards billing etc...) then the chargaback will be removed. After few days nothing changed, on my PP account they ask for documents (shipping tracking code etc...) but i can't send them none since i've sell virtual services. How can i proceed? If i simply with i think the amount will be sent back to my customer, if i call paypal i can't prove anything, i risk both amount and account. There is an option that claim "I take full responsibility of the transaction" but i don't know what will happen if i choose that. How i can proceed? My priority is the health of my account, it's 2 years old with thousands of € per month and i don't want to risk that.
