Some buyer got my product, after day he claimed refund "because he not like it", PayPal ofcourse canceled his claim and I though the case is over.

Today I see "chargeback" + $20 fee for PayPal ($20 for FCKIN WHAT? oO)... of course I've replied to PayPal with IP used by buyer to compare it with IP usualy used in PayPal system. However, I don't know because chargeback means 99% lost case.

...and we cannot remove credit card option ;/ oO

Customer is from Australia, IP is from Australia and from his city. It's just scam.
Everybody is telling to not make business with 3rd world countries from Asia but I trust more Indians, Thais or Africans more than guys from USA and Australia making chargebacks. It's 11th time in last 900 transactions that someone is trying to chargeback and guess what - always from "first world" :)

11 chargebacks out of 900 sales is pretty good, especially considering that you're selling a digital product.

Can't agree more. Even if the goods are delivered, they f u up and do a chargeback on you anyway because they know they will win. So f-ed up. Credit card companies are scamming sellers from how I see it.

I would like to use Payoneer ACH + Bitcoin but for sure, I will loose 90% sales ;/ People are using PayPal even it's crap. They should allow to disable credit cards but I need to have it enabled ;/

11 chargebacks out of 900 sales (1.2%) will get your merchant account banned on most payment gateways. 1% is a more or less default threshold.

Moral of the story: if they ask for a refund, give it.

I think there's a way to do it with PayPal Pro, u can show them a customized page. But it's not available to most countries other than US, UK and other major ones. Ask your paypal merchant support.

Actually there is an option in Paypal to force them to signup a Paypal account(under "Website Payment Preferences"). So even if they pay with a linked credit card in Paypal account, there should be seller protection. Of course if you're selling digital product, seller protection wouldn't be much use.
