PayPal, Can you connect your bank account

Alright paypal closed my account and i need to get back on.
Now i have experience in opening stealth accounts and everything, but my questions is, can i connect my bank account to a paypal that is not registered to me, my idea is to make a stealth account and then just connect a new bank account to it so i can get back online.

Any help would be great, also ill give Rep.

Don't they verify that you have control of that account by making those 2 tiny deposits and asking you to confirm the amounts?

I'm not sure that they ask a bank about the account holders info...
 
I have a paypal in my wifes name but it has my bank account on it, if that is what you mean, hope this helps

Well of course its my bank account and i have access to it, so i can verify, and thats what i mean, do they verify that bank is the name of the paypal account holder.

The way I did it was, I set it up with my wifes details first, then when I had the money put in to her account and I told them the 2 amounts, I removed her bank account and then put my account details and I managed to verify the account as well with no phone call or anything.

I'm trying to figure the best way to do it so they do not connect the accounts and close it down again, I Need My PayPal account.
 
My advice would be get someone with a bank account to open a paypal account for you, and ask them to input the 2 amounts into paypal for you, when they have done that add your bank account to it again you will have to input the 2 amounts again once you have done this, remove the first bank account so it has just yours on it and then you should be good to go, paypal don't really check once you start using the account.

then you can add your bank account as additional and withdraw to ur with no problem.. paypal just needs 1 account with your real name to verify
