PayPal business and personal accounts locked for a second time in a week

    Hi all,

    I have my PayPal Business account AND my Personal PayPal account that have been locked BOTH at the beginning of the week : as soon as I sent an email to some PayPal relevant departments, asking for the reason why my two accounts were locked (and at the same time) my two PayPal accounts have then been BOTH unlocked in the next hours.

    However, PayPal has never provided me any explanation until present of the reason my accounts were locked.

    Yesterday, I tried to connect to my PayPal Business account BUT it has been locked again (this time the personal PayPal account remains working fine) : PayPal is asking for an automated phone call but I do not receive any call to my Skype UK landline number.

    The second option was a text phone to a wrong mobile number : a three year old UK mobile number while I am presently oversea using another local mobile number.

    Also, I would like to know if there is something wrong of having a company UK and later becoming resident of another country where I run my company from presently. Additionally, I would like to know if these happened to other BHW and they have resolved the issue.

    Just made the update : 'Also, I would like to know if there is something wrong of having a company UK and later becoming resident of another country where I run my company from presently. Additionally, I would like to know if these happened to other BHW and they have resolved the issue.'

    I though you were going to give me at least your point of view...

    Anyway, I contacted PayPal again and they are now saying that it was them who were preventing me to have access to my Paypal Business account (legal owner being my UK based business company) since I was trying to login from outside the UK.

    Obviously, I'm now planning to find a way to defend my right.
