PayPal best proxies?

Hi i am in search for best residential proxies for Paypal.

Currently I am using IPBurger residential proxy and suddenly after 2 weeks my browsers won't let me open PayPal site at all.

Also everytime I try to create new account i get limited with asking ID with this IPBurger proxies.

Since Paypal is banned in my country, I constantly connect via VPN and have not had any problems. (hide.me)

I would suggest a static ISP proxy. If you want to use rotating residential proxies however I would suggest targeting a small-ish city, that way even if they IP rotates, it will be from the same city which looks more natural
