What is the best payment type in paypal to avoid chargebacks?

I am currently accepting payments as donations. One of my customers accidentally sent money twice and filed in an "Item not received dispute". It surprises me he was able to do this, because it's a donation.

Should I accept payments as gifts?

Long time ago people used to ask their customers to claim & cancel to avoid chargebacks. Still works?

Many times when I accept paypal payments I make them add a comment saying they agree to a no refund policy.

And this worked when someone tried to charge back?

I'm looking for a solution that wouldn't let the charge back through PayPal. Ofcourse they can call the CC company but only a small amount of people would go that way.
