My paypal account was banned 5 years ago after I have bought documents from a member of this forum (I won't say his name, obviously). So i've create a company name that is on my fathers name as the owner of the acc. But now I want to transfer the money to my bank account (a new one, obviously). What is the best way to do this? I will need to change the acc owner info to my name? Or paypal doesn't look the owner of acc when they transfer money to the bank?

It depends on the country. I'm pretty sure that if you're from the US they do look it up as they even look up the phone number owner's name.

So the best solution is to change the acc ownership to my data? This won't lead me to be banned again?

If you have a Paypal debit card you can cashout at an ATM machine. Paypal also does offer cash outs at convenience stores, not sure if it's worldwide but in the USA we can cashout at 7-11, WalMart etc.

Just transfer it to the bank account linked to your father's paypal, I assume it is your father's bank account as well (or it should be), then just transfer it from his bank account to your bank account, Paypal won't track that last move.

paypal can't see the customer's name on the bank account. bank's aren't allowed to give this information out to private enterprises. you can use any "new" bank account
