PayPal are literally STEALING money and transferring to themselves

Before any fanboy speaks shit:
1. Money was 100% whitehat.
2. I have another limited PayPal account (from other businesses) but everything is up to date (no disputes, no negative balance).

This PayPal account was limited around 1 year ago, after the 180 days mark I did not receive any email from them and I couldn't withdraw my money so I called them multiple times and that was not resolved even though some of their emails said:

I called them twice today both agents said they don't even know the reason and no explanation can be provided by PayPal.

What steps should I follow to take legal action? Everything linked to the account is 100% legitimate and legal, it's not much money but I can't let these morons get away with it easily.

I have called them 4 times and it's 100% legitimate, this year they have hired tons of indians for customer support.

Was the other account limited owing money? Looks like they tied you to the old one..

Ya doesn't sound too legit to me too but payment firms are getting bold these days. same thing happening to me with payoneer , still trying to get my money back for over a month now.
 
Email pretty clearly says you were doing shady stuff.

I did not man, never scammed anyone nor had a paypal account with negative balance. Just sold social media services on a website I had in the past.

Although it is super annoying the way PP works is you have to continue to call to finally get someone who can actually help you.
