PayPal and Serial Keys!

Hello,

I am publishing a software I hired coders to make on a coder freelance website, now, here is my problem:

I want to make it so when people pay via PayPal they are automatically sent via email the download link and their personal serial key.

I have already got an aff program that does this but you have the problem with unverified buyers buying, getting the download link and then reversing the payment.

This is a really bad problem? How often does it happen?

EDIT: Also are you selling the script that does this?

Probably only 5 - 10% are the figures I have heard, but you will probably lose that same amount in higher commissions from regnow and such. Reversals are part of the business, but as long as you have a good product, which is supported properly/priced correctly, this wouldnt be too much of an issue in my eyes.

I heard Plimus doesn't accept PayPal, is that true?

EDIT: Nevermind, I should have read the FAQ. Anyone, Thank you so much besenok! You really helped!

EDIT2: Also, when I sell this product on BHW, on Plimus can I choose to make a promotional code section?

Since you receive all information about pp transactions on your email, you could easyily read your emails for pp notification, and then send serials to emails quoted there.

Guys is there a way if I have coders create my software, and they created the compiler for it, so that I have a free-standing software on my desktop, could I essentially use any third-party software to attached serial number to that software? I mainly am concerned of preventing it from being distributed freely, and installed on multiple devices. I will be selling the software via Paypal, and will have my own Members area?

Any ideas on key generator which attaches to every link that is emailed when purchase is made? please advise.

Hi Nathan,

I am in a similar boat. Any suggestions. I want to somehow provide serial key when paypal purchase is made. I have a plug-in for my word press site which automatically creates a member area and it is linked with paypal, however, the serial key part is still needed.
