Hi,

I have a Verified paypal account linked to my Credit Card. My credit card will be expiring this month.

What will happen to my Paypal if my credit card expires and I do not renew it ?


Or should i renew it? I am using a valid paypal account of turkey but now I am living in pakistan so I connot renew my old CC. Please tell me what to do thanks.

Paypal will not automatically check your CC. As long as you do nothing which requires paypal to use the back method of your CC, you are fine. I would remove ur CC from being a backup method if it is currently set as one.

u can also find threads on this forum where people sell virtual CCs that u can use 4 verification paypal if needed

yep, nothing change into your account, better you change it with virtual credit cards like ViralVideo said.

it is recommended that u update ur account with a new VCC.

u never know what paypal can do. There are limitations when u use ur account with an expired card.

and if u intend to get a VCC, get a one yr one and not those 3 months that a few established sellers here are offering. No point isn't it to extend by 3 months when u can get it extended by 1 yr ?

just add a new VCC to it before it expires.

dun wait until it expires as u won't be able to make many transactions other than send money.

and you may face account limitation.

nothing happens to you unless pp has to use that method, whether it is cc or a closed bank account.

Why don't you attach may be a VISA debit card to your paypal account? I did that after my card has expired..
