I have a part-time job. But I found other job on the internet. Payment is through PayPal, and nobody asks questions. I will use my personal ID data to verify myself at PayPal in order to actively lift limitations.I will order PayPal Debit Card to my real address.I will start spending money on less-traceable things like stores and shops in real life and online (without making it obvious). But in such manner, that my grown "wealth" is not visible at home or any other place that I'm known at.I don't care about PayPal figuring my activity and identity. But would PayPal notify "my government"about payments that I'm receiving or any activity overall? We're talking about 1st World Country in Western Europe.I guess this is right place to ask it, ever since "tax advice".

your residence and paypal's visa debit card are not compatible. solve this first. as to the question of whom paypal discloses account activity to--- this list is very large and may include both public and private companies in some jurisdictions. paypal has three different disclosure regimes. roughly they are -- the americas (through paypal inc), europe, africa and the middle-east (through paypal sarl) and all of asia (through paypal pte ltd)

i am not comfortable in sharing too much information on whom these organizations could be so PM me for it and state whether you want inc, sarl or pte data....

I don't think Paypal notifies the Government or country.
It just a way of getting or transferring money from one place to another.

For starters, for most countries the PayPal debit card is not available, so more than likely you won't be able to get it. As far as i'm concerned, it's only available in the US and the UK.
PayPal are obligated to report you to the tax authorities if you reach a certain amount of earnings in a year or do more than a certain amount of transactions, but it's only if you're from certain countries similarly to above, so US, UK and maybe a few other countries too.

You mentioned that you're from Western EU, i'm pretty sure, that you can find every info you just asked, if you do a Google search including your question and your country.

Googling it doesn't show relevant results.

"but it's only if you're from certain countries similarly to above, so US, UK and maybe a few other countries too."
    Where could I find that?
