Paypal Advice?

Basically, I've been using my paypal to receive small payments from one network. Not really a big deal, but last month my bank account was frozen due to a little criminal investigation of a family member (divorce i think).

Anyways I just got paid a small amount and I'd like to get to it. I tried adding a debit card but the card is not linked to my bank so it won't let me.

Any advice?

depend by your location you have following options for withdrawal , if you are european and the gaypal account it's european too , any visa card issued by any bank from your (* and gaypal ) country will be available for withdrawal . If you are us and worldwide you can add anytime one more bank account to your gaypal account , and easy withdraw your money there . Few countries have available gaypal debit card (* us and some europeans .. like italy for example ) ... And .... request a check ... an ultimate solution

may have to just request a check. sucks that will take a week though.
