PayPal accounts after being Limited or other Merchants

I sell an IPTV service and I have had 4 PayPal accounts limited and 1 Stripe account. I'm looking for a way to get a new PayPal account or another merchant going for a new WHMCS panel. Stripe was a nightmare to get verified and I had to tell them I was selling a VPN service, but after 3 months and one chargeback they closed my account. I have heard of people getting accounts limited with the panel I was using, but WHMCS is supposed to be different. Anyway, I am looking for help with creating a new account. PayPal is just easier for customers but I don't know how to set one up again without getting it limited. I have lost a lot of customers over the past 6 months due to losing my last PayPal and Stripe account as well as not having and option for automatic renewal.

My questions are..

How do I setup another PayPal account or even another merchant supported by WHMCS.
How do I add a Bank account to the account or withdraw the funds
And if I purchased a verified Business PayPal account, how would PayPal report taxes after making 20k since it wouldn't be registered under my ssn?

Also, in case people ask, I am not sure why my other accounts have been limited. I had one account for 10 years and it was limited after making about 3k in 7 days on ebay. 1 account was limited after making 1k a month through a wordpress website without being a business account. 1 was limited a few days after the last account was limited. Then my last PayPal account was a business account I had for 2 years and was limited about 6 months ago and this account was on my IPTV panel. A few other resellers had their accounts limited as well around this time.

My Paypal got limited just the other day and is now useless after 17 years I had it. I made a few eBay sales and purchases in the past few months, nothing major, no issues, and they gave no reason for killing my account. I wish there were better options than Paypal. Now I am in the same situation as you, looking to open another account somehow...

There are options available in the marketplace for this (just so you know).

Just be sure to inquire with the seller on an operational guide so you can manage your account safely.

had a similar issue with one user & i just setup crypto gateway & then he can take the bulk paymens from crypto to paypal instead of too many small payments directly to paypal.

Place a note on payment page like.
"10% discount for bitcoin payments, Due to issues in our paypal, we are only accepting paypal subs manually."
- Place a yt video link of how to buy bitcoins easily.

take screen shot of those user chats also. so that when some one try to screw with u in paypal via refund & place a black mark on ur account. you can just show those chat proofs & have paypal on ur side. I know it sounds messedup, but thats how one of my user is doing & he is happy now.

You can just have some thing like tawk dot to or someothers, that has an android app which notifices on every chat.

you can get gateway that offer paypal like 2checkout that way you wont need your own pp acc
