    Hi,

My PayPal account was recently permanently limited with no chance of an appeal due to some BS. I run my business online through eBay and PayPal, and this limitation is a huge problem for me.

My bank account and 2 credit cards are linked to my PayPal with no way to get them off. I don't have that much of a balance but I will be able to get it back in 45 days anyway, but that's not the point. I need a new PayPal account ASAP that I can send/receive payments from.

Would simply closing my eBay account, opening a new PayPal account, new bank account, getting new credit cards, and making a new email address work? Or would PayPal catch on because I would be using the same address and IP as my old account?

I've heard using a VPN might not work but a VPS might?

Please let me know ASAP. I need an undetectable way to get back onto PayPal so I can continue my business.

    Thanks in advance.

If your business depends on it, don't bother trying to make a stealth account yourself with zero experience. Just buy one from a reputable seller, you can find 100/5000 limit accounts for under $200 with both eBay and PayPal included as a package. It's just easier and quicker to have someone experienced do the work.

If for whatever reason you're hell bent on making your own then yes you need a new IP, new user account on your computer, new bank, new address, new credit cards, new email, etc. Whatever you do, don't close your eBay account as you may be able to still use that with another PayPal account. Only way to know is to try it but sometimes it works as eBay and PayPal don't seem to communicate very well.

It also depends how much business you do, as starting over yourself you'll get 10/1000 limits most often. You can call to increase to 100/5000 but then you pretty much have to prove you NEED an increase which takes a few months. If you're doing buckets of sales I'd begin by trying to link another PayPal account to your existing eBay account. If you can handle the limits then start over.

Thanks for the reply. Could you PM me when you get a chance? I have a couple more questions to ask, but until then:

What does 100/5000 limit mean? Is that 100 transactions / $5000? I think that would work fine. Where can I buy a stealth account?

I also recommend checking out 2CheckOut which accepts PayPal transactions with a slightly higher fee, just an idea.
