paypal account limited

    not really sure where to put this, but my paypal account i've had for about 3 years got limited today. Only thing I can think of is few years ago I had a guy dispute something was trying rip me off ended up taking months to get my account straightened out. Then today got limited. I sent in the pictures and i they denied me :( any tips?

    Your next option would be to call them and find out what's going on. A dispute that old shouldn't be coming up now and would only be taken into account as history if you've done something now. Did they give you a reason as to why you're limited?

    Nope Nothing. Someone paid for an item threw paypal from an ebay auction i had. I shipped it yesterday. Then today its limited.

    They may lift the limitation after you can prove that the buyer has received their item then.

    Yea, thats what I was thinking. Because when I login just says limited. Like I can login see all my details check payments etc. Just cant send or recieve money. Honestly a pain.The guys is suppoed recieve the item saturday. I don't even have option to dispute anywhere. So, I'm guessin I have to email them, or call them.

    Just got one of these auto generated emails

    so actually from looking at that it is just going to stay limited. It might reopen once he receives the item. Should I email them on after he gets the item?
