    Hi,

I login to my PayPal today and find out my account has been limited. That would be fine, but to rub it in even more, they have held funds and I am on a negative balance. I don't understand what is happening, I am getting a dispute from a transaction that was completed. The status is "held", why is this a dispute, there is no message from the person where the money came from. The money came from someone on here when I sold them an account for Fiverr. I can't tell if he is trying to refund me or if something else has happened. I don't know why he'd want to get a refund though as I gave him the account, he said thanks, he is a Junior VIP, has good rep. Is he trying to get his money back or is this thanks to PayPal?
Also I have $300+ in my CPA account, and no where to send it now, should I send it to alertpay, or are they as bad?

    Thanks.

    1. Call Paypal Find Out Why
    2. Resolve With Them
    3. If Member screwed you - then Shit List with all the Details.

Don't sit back blaming Paypal if your not even going to call them to find out whats going on.

I will thanks, I don't know why this member would scam me though.

Will give him a PM if I can't get this sorted, thanks.

Have done thanks. And I will cross Payza of the list :)

Sorry for posting in the wrong section, its just that I knew I would get decent responses if I posted here.

Just call them in otherwise it will be limited for an extended period of time. If it was for an item that was shipped, show them proof that you've shipped the item and it'll be cleared up immediately. Hope everything goes well.

Thanks everyone, I am past worrying about that now. I am onto worrying about where to send my $300+ that I have got pending on a CPA site. Any ideas, should I create another PayPal account, or not bother risking it. It took PayPal quite some time to limit my current account, I had almost spent all my balance. The other methods of payment are, Payza (no thanks), Check (takes too long), Western Uninon (never used them) and international wire transfer (probably have to use this). Should I try western union?

Just make a new Paypal account. If you get it verified it'll be much harder to get limited status.

Buddy, try to go with middle man, such as 2CO to accept paypal. you will pay fee, but it will protect you from paypal dumbness

I have just got a reply from this guy. He says he doesn't need the Fiverr Account I sold him, and that he will somehow loose $2000 if I don't accept the refund as his account will be permanently limited, am I being f**ked over?
