paypal account hacked, lost some money, suggestions?

long story short i was very stupid and kept a bank account attached to my paypal which i havent used in over 6 month.
someoned gained access to my account and manged to send 950$ from my bank account to their account.. money was gone within 48 hours.
any suggestions what i should do? paypal really isnt that much of a help. My bank is more than likely going to refund me for the charges.. but what are my options for finding the person who did this? do i have a shot in hell?.. or?

Easy!

1. I Can't Believe when you say paypal isn't much of Help.
2. Receiving $950 in Single Shot Can't b Done for New Accounts. So That Account is Verified! Verified = Paypal has his/her Bank & CC Details.
3. Call Paypal and Shout! You'll Get Your Money Back for Sure! Don't Forget to Add Some Legal Ethics While Shouting
4. IP Address can be Easily Traced For Any Email Addresses (Even if it is Anonymous)
5. For Ex, If that Email address in on Yahoo, Create a Yahoo Mail Account with girl name and add him to Chat. Flirt For a Week and Give Him a DATE (To Count on Jail)!
6. Search His Email Address on Google. There is High Chance to Find Him Easily on Myspace, Facebook, Twitter,linkedin,etc...

If Nothing Works, Pat Yourself for your Carelessness and Change your Paypal password to 20+ Alphanumerical Characters.

I once lost 4 figures due to a hacked cpa account which I didn't notice untill a few days after it happened. Both the cpa company and paypal basically said I was shit out of luck.
 
The IP seems to be US based and a free wifi spot.

also.. the bank it was withdrawled from (my money) was a vcc, which is faked more than likely.

do i have any other options

OMG :eek: Believed Now...

But Basically its in our Hand to keep our Accounts Safe. Especially when it comes to banking and fund transactions. Its We Who Created those Accounts. No Hacker Will Know our Username as well as password unless we reveal it ourselves. I Changed All of My Login Passwords to 20+ Digit Sentence with Special Characters and Numbers in it to Keep it Safe After i Start Making $5k+. My Account is 100% Secured now! Nothing will happen Even a Brute Force Bot Tries to Hack My Accounts.

Just for your information, VCC Can b Used Only to Pay Funds! Withdrawal Won't Work on It. You or He Need a Credit Card or Bank Account Linked and Verified to that paypal in order to withdraw funds.

May i ask How you traced and found his ip is US Based Hotspot. Also How you know he used fake VCC?

As Far as i know The Only Tool Which requires User ID and password is cpa-lead ticker firefox add-on which Updates current earnings every 5 Mins.

Which Software Requires Login Details of Paypal, CPA and Affiliate Accounts?
 
None but thats not the issue is it?
There's lots of money in IM. And coding a trjoan like that wouldn't cost much i could prolly outsource it for 30-50 bucks.
 
Paypal gave me the IP user this person used

the bank was 'meta-bank' which is an nfinance card that allows direct deposit
chances are the theif used fake info to get the card(i.e someone els's social security # etc)

any other options i have ppl?
