I sold a 43k followers Instagram account for 250 and the buyer did send the full payment via paypal and i sent him all the information, within minutes the buyer disputes the transaction and i just wanted to know whats my chances of winning this dispute, I have a nice amount of proof... I think

My Paypal Claim Response

"Before we start lets clear this up I am "Poker King" in the skype screen shots and the buyer is "ian griffith"

Heres the proof

I had the user "ian griffith" send a message to me on ebay confirming his identity as seen here http://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/jj582/asap1433/Proof3.png

I have the message he sent here to confirm his identity on eBay http://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/jj582/asap1433/Proof4.png

I would like to start off by saying the item being disputed is not physical, cannot be tracked, or shipped. It is 100% a virtual item. But im not here to pull a fast one on anybody i can prove the buyer received what was sold with the below picture.

He clearly stated he logged into the account

If you look at the eBay listing it clearly states the following "By Bidding/Purchasing you agree to the following. I agree I will be receiving a Instagram (instagram.com) account with 43.7k followers. I agree to have looked at the account and I am happy with the accounts condition. I accept the account as is with no refund."

You can view the original listing at this link http://www.ebay.com/itm/331189812929?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1561.l2649

The seller sent me the money for the Instagram account and AS SOON as he received the information he changed everything and disputed the transaction. I also have proof of the buyer admitting to scamming me in the below picture with the statement "I did rob you"

End of PayPal Claim Response

The buyer is claiming the followers are fake and the account is not as described but i had this account for well over 1 year, going on 2 years and never brought fake followers.

I'm almost positive PayPal doesn't cover virtual goods or anything like that, not sure if an Instagram account would fall under this category.

I feel confident i will win, I lost a dispute just yesterday because what i brought "was not physical and could not be shipped"

When I bought a Windows 7 key, I had to wait for the physical tag to get to me (so that the seller had proof of sending it).

Keep us updated in the next few days.
