They https://www.payoneer.com/newbrand/ a few hours ago but left (backend) UI in 2014.

What do you guys think?

We have created a universal brand for a universal future of commerce. Orange was previously our brand color. Now, our new color is “universal”, reflecting our promise to be for everyone, everywhere. The new symbol is a circle. Surrounding and circling everything. A single entity, all joined up, all connected, in more places than anyone else. Here for you.

Ugh, the old website seemed somewhat professional. This seems like it's made by an intern on his first week. I have to scroll sooooo much just to get to the bottom. No like

it is loading slowly I don't see any other issues. who cares about their design? we need good support.

Paypal has a good design but they are gaypal

Probably they did not know about Flat UI - not as good as they think.
Not ok for a financial website is more like a wedding shoot portfolio.

it is loading slowly
This.

When a site is not fast enough, i tend to not care about the design much. If a site is slow, it can have most eye-pleasing design, slowness still leads to a shitty user experience.

So new site + new logo? But same name and functions regardless
Such vague wording, must be made by a new intern

Brand
noun
1.
a type of product manufactured by a particular company under a particular name.

The minimal design to stand out is ironically getting so common making them just like every other website.
