Get yourself a PayPal Business account. I upgraded mine, didn't cost me a penny. Now I can withdraw from Paypal to NatWest in about 20 seconds :)

As soon as I click withdraw, it's in my bank. That's quite handy!

I couldn't comment on Payoneer, as I have never used them, but I have never had problems with Paypal (Yet) in the UK.

To my knowledge prepaid card are only available to US customers.... So i'd say
Paypal for small amounts and payoner for bigger amounts

Payoneer and paypal are different things. However, I would recommend Paypal. Payoneer has a super high fees, and they have permanently frozen my credit card loading function on my card because I do not use their US payment Service as much, lol, what a joke.
