Payoneer BLOCKED my account and STOLE my funds, for no reason, I have been using it since 2015.

They closed my account with 1000 euros on it, can't even reach support to talk lol.

I just added legit Patreon as new payment method, and they wanted to add "beneficiary bank" to keep getting payments from Amazon which I have been getting for like 8 year, I was kind of confused about what they want and why did this happen etc,

So I contacted support and they told me that everything looks good, that they will delete this warning, and I dont have to take any further actions whatsoever. I have chat saved.

This morning I see that my account was blocked, without warning at all, without any message, I just got one email from support person saying to open new account LOL

Like where the fuck is my money? I have been using them for 9 years or so, have been happy with them, been there when they had 2 billion dollar missing scandal, and they just block me and steal my money for no reason? Worst of all, I cant access live support or call them, I have to do it over email back and fourth, and this was AFTER they told me everything is 100% okay, so not even that I didnt get proper warning that my account will be blocked, but I got "EVERYTHING IS FINE" from ther support.

This sucks. I just wanted to vent out and see if any of you guys have gotten your account back after it has been blocked by Payoneer? Im 100% doing everything legit. I hope to get it back and will update you guys, but moral of the story is not to keep your money on any of these online platforms.
Payoneer didnt, prolly your leaked your information to someone, who took your funds and blocked your account to avoid been traced

Absolutely worst support is what you can expect from Payoneer, I lost around 500$ to fraud and even after sending them all the screenshots. They just kept my money and blocked me.
Yes, support is AWFUL. They said one thing, then other, then first one etc, literally I get different answers on "yes or no" question depending on the person who answer my chat or email.

Anyway it seems to work fine now, but I would be careful using it from now on, and not have too much money there.
 
They are registered with FCA and other financial regulators so money is safe as long as something really wrong with the source of funds.

After about a year, they suddenly decided to unfreeze it and emailed me saying everything was fixed.

I wasn't happy with how they treated me, so I told them off.

Payoneer doesn't seem to value old customers who have paid them a lot in fees.

Their customer support doesn't seem to care about how long you've been with them. That's why I switched to Wise.

Never had a problem with Wise.
 
4 years ago or so Payoneer blocked access to my account and balance, I had a couple thousands in my account. They just hit me with the generic breaking of ToS email and would not restore access to my account or continue doing business with me. I was asked to provide a bank account where they would send my money to after the holding time was over. I got my money from them after a while and I never looked back. They are similar to Wise, block you anytime any day no matter the history you have with them. In all of this, I’m glad both Payoneer and Wise always sends your balance to your bank even though they decide to keep your account locked.

I encountered a similar issue with their support team, who seemed indifferent to their customers' needs. To resolve this and get my money back, I took several steps:

I sent multiple emails requesting the release of my funds to my bank account.
I frequently contacted their live chat to urge them to take action.
I reached out via Twitter to make my concerns known.
I warned them that I would pursue legal action if they continued to withhold my money.
I posted negative reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms, and I sent them screenshots of these.
After a few weeks of these efforts, they finally unlocked my account and allowed me to withdraw my funds.
 
It seems to me a lot of people have similar issuess, for me it all works fine now, we will see.
The thing that really sucks is that once they ban you they dont give you access to the chat, no matter if you have been their customer for 10 years and need something urgent lol

You could literally starve they dont give a fuck. It cant be too hard to keep chat for existing customers for like a month or so after the account is blocked, no need to disable ALL features. Hopefully we get few newer companies for this who will treat us better, usually smaller firms are treating customers better

Not all of us are using social media, and have big enough profiles to get their attention, or want everyone else to know we are having issuess of any kind, especially if some of your clients are following you on that social media.

I mean if you have to go public with something in order for maybe to get an answer, that just sucks. I still think the chat is usually the way to go if you need something quick, and they are somewhat helpful on chat, however when they lock your account they lock you out from chat, which just seems like an awful thing to do, banned users and locked accounts are why a lot of people need help in the first place
