Payoneer Blocked My Account after I added my bank details

Seriously, there's been news here and there that I heard of staying away from Payoneer.

Few days ago, I have received my first ever payment from Amazon to my Payoneer account. Not much, just 3 figures from an affiliate website.

So, I proceed to add my local bank details to my Payoneer account to withdraw the money. Then, Payoneer closed my account for 'security reason'.

Anyone encounter this sort of problem with Payoneer? How did you guys solve it? I have already contacted the support but so far no reply from them.

Been using for 3 years. Never experienced a problem. Contact the live support they might help.

They have a fantastic customer support. Never faced a problem. Even when I do they solve it quickly.
Probably something from your end triggered the lock. Like a change of IP or something. Pretty sure it was automatic. They'll ask for a few documents I suppose and you'll be good to go.

You can give them a call. I think its free to call them through Skype.

Probably its the IP problem. Yeah, I am waiting for their reply. Thought of posting at here to see if any member has gone through the same issue as well. But I am glad to hear that you guys have no problem.

It says, the account is locked temporarily. Adding the bank account must have triggered an automated security measure. You'll be fine.
I'm using them for 11 years now. I have no support query unanswered, they will eventually get back to you. They also have a community forum or you can reach them on social media too.

I have never encountered any probel with them.

Just wait some time...

Looks like an automated process. Adding bank acc. probably triggered it. Their support is really slow so might take some time. Hope you get your account back.

I also not triggered with this type of problem.
You just check the helpline. Number and ask from them.
May be its work

Also never has a problem with them even after I closed my one account and reopened another one. I've been with them for 4 years and never faced any problems.

Problem solved. Payoneer > PayPal :D
