I created Payoneer about 2 months ago. I created a Personal account. Since I made it I've received a few Fiverr payments, a few direct Payoneer-to-Payoneer payments from customers, and two credit card payments.

Yesterday I received the second credit card payment, and in the email I got this:

So I clicked the Get Started button, and it took me here:

    The Global payment service:

    The Line of business verification:

And then going deeper, Global payment service:

And the Line of business verification:

So now, what the hell do I do here?

I primarily created Payoneer after having some Paypal problems, mostly in order to withdraw earnings from my Fiverr account. But now Payoneer is quickly becoming my main payment processor.

Now filling these out, do I go with Fiverr and use my Fiverr profile as website, or do I give my SMM panel, or any other of my sites (all of them sell social media services). And line of business, I mean, do I say social media marketing? Someone told me Payoneer is cool with SMM, but I just can't be sure, and I don't want to lose my Payoneer account or the ability to accept payments.

So, what do you guys think?

Do you actually "have to" fill this form? I think one of my friends told me they just ignored it and still could receive money.

Its been some years, but I am sure I also filled this form. I just wrote down random stuff. For website I just wrote I don't have any yet and I am only using Fiverr (I didnt tho). Didn't hear anything from Payoneer after that.

Utter drivel. If you have a legit business or service these people are great to work with.

I've used them for many years and found their customer service people to be excellent.

I filled this form a few months back and just put in that I was 'an affiliate and wasn't selling goods directly to consumer' or something along those lines in most field. Since then I no longer get this message in my 'payment received' e-mails, so it must have worked. I think I just put one of my amazon websites in the form but I can't remember.

BTW, their phone support is excellent (at least the UK one), so any time you have questions don't hesitate to call them, forget the forum or the chat.

If the account is under your real name, you shouldn't have any issues. Just fill out the information with your Fiverr account details. It worked for me. The only thing is once you have filled out everything, they will ask you for a proof of identification. I sent them a scanned version of my Driver License and they told me it wasn't good enough and asked me to take a selfie with my ID in hand. Fortunately for me, it was my real account

    Hey guys,

    Thanks all for your replies.

I finally gathered the energy and the will and filled these out the other day.

I haven't heard from them yet. It was the weekend though, so maybe this week at some point they get back to me with success or fail, the streets or jail... hahahah oh man a song just came to mind :D

When they ask about the line of business, they mean the business you own, your online store and not a site, where you work as a freelancer besides thousands of others aka Fiverr.

Fiverr is one of their partners. If you were to use Fiverr only, they wouldn't ask these questions. You don't get payments from Fiverr users to Payoneer, Payoneer is not a payment gateway in that relation, you only withdraw the cleared revenue from there. It's pretty much the same thing as getting paid by a CPA network for example. If you use Payoneer for getting paid by companies you work for, they don't ask these questions. These questions arise, when you use Payoneer as a payment processor similarly to PayPal.

Right, but as far as where I get my customers goes and what I do, Fiverr is a nice thing to show.

i mean, for all intents and purposes in this case I only have Fiverr, I have no websites, so that's all I can show :)

In that case what do you need Payoneer for apart from withdrawing your cleared revenue? Fiverr handles the payments, unless you're going behind their back with (some of) the orders. lol

I need Payoneer to accept payments from customers, and from Fiverr. I withdraw my earnings from Fiverr to Payoneer, but I also accept payments from customers that are not on Fiverr.

Yes, I do go behind their back, I have a few clients that came to me on Fiverr, we did a few orders, and then eventually we got hooked up away from them.

I really need Payoneer now that me and Paypal (that bitch) are separated going for divorce :D

    Well, I guess you should.

Payoneer notified me in an email when I received a payment from a customer about filling this out. And then there was a notification on Payoneer when I went to request a payment, that I should fill this out.

I guess they ask you to fill it out and then let you take care of it. And I would imagine that if too much times goes by and you don't fill it out, eventually a limitation might be placed on your account and you may be forced to fill it out.

I mean, I'm sure they don't ask this for fun, just for the sake of asking. If they're asking for it then it must be filled out, and in my opinion doing it sooner rather than later is better.

    2 cents :)

First action to do is always ask the customer support. If you cannot find email, then you can use services like hunter to find emails of higher level departments.
