    Hi,
My client does not have PayPal (not available in his country) or Skrill and wants to make the payment through his credit card.
Do you know any online services that can process the payment?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm sure PayPal allows the buyer to checkout as a guest and just use a credit/debit card as a one off.

Have you tried 2checkout? It's a service that enables you to accept payment via whatever method through which you choose to receive payment.

Can my client make the payment without having a Plimus account?

use eWay, you will thank me later, its easy to implement on online stores and I use it for most of my clients. Just give them a call and they have a great support team. The do have a fee(obviously) but its way cheaper than PayPal and they process payments within 1 day.
