you gotta be kidding me -- if I understand you correctly your plan is to steal content, profit from it -- OK, I get it, we're on blackhat world, our morals are a bit flexible--but what level of high do you have to be on to think visa or mastercard is gonna want to work with you?

if you're gonna steal content you work with russian ad companies who don't give a fuck. no billing company wants to work with blatant content thieves.

If they don't allow adult, it is probably both accounts for adult sites and email delivery of direct links to adult content. Seems like the same thing. I am just saying that I keep seeing them do that and getting away with it for months, but I don't know how bothersome it is and if there is any extra twist to it. There are a lot of such sellers out there.

I still doubt you'll find a payment gateway that will accept you (its still visa/mastercard, after all), but there are russian companies who will buy your ad space for CPM and pay you out in bitcoin.

I'll never condone anyone going this route -- as much as adult is a schmucky game, the bigger players all adhere to a sort of "pirates code" -- and what OP is suggesting is very frowned upon. He's likely to deal with other webmasters reporting him to sponsors and content owners and merchants to try and get him shut down or otherwise hurt his business. It happened recently with a relatively high profile tube site.

Some merchant accounts processes are automated and don't actually review your account / what you're selling. Unless you get super popular, you can go under the radar for a long time.
