Payment an CPA's

Hi i got 2 questions about CPA networks.

First is after you get banned at a CPA and register a second time at this CPA with fake informations how do you get paid if most of them just pay with cheques.

And second question is how long is it taking about to get this cheques to europe.Myself i prefer instant cash like paypal but i found till now just
Maxbounty,EliteCommission and Clickbooth who are paying with instant cash.

I am having the same doubt

use a relatives home address and sign up under their name..

ok this would be no problem but you need your relative to go with him to his bank show give him your checks and ask him to take money out from bank.I dont think they like it if you're going to do this this way.

I have an idea... Why don't you register a business in the US using a registered business agent... You will get an EIN for tax purposes and under that business you could register multiple DBAs and they can get their own EIN...

This idea will cost you something since you will need to register a business in the US BUT for the benefits it brings, the cost is worth the price... Imagine, even if you are banned, you can then apply under a new name... Multiple Adsense accounts, Multiple accounts in ONE CPA networks (your favourite),etc.
