paying people without paypal account?

lets say you need to pay someone that has paypal, and they make a buy it now link, cant you just then pay them with a CC and not have to deal with opening/maintaining a paypal account?

Just wondering who else does this here..

You can tell them to send you an invoice. You can then pay with credit card.

(The invoice must be sent to an email address thats NOT registered with PayPal, otherwise, you will be forced to pay with your PayPal funds)
