I know nothing about SEO, backlinks, etc. But I know the solar business. You provide people for me to sell to. I turn those people into buyers and I connect with solar manufacturers to get the systems installed. And I know there's money in my account that's begging to be sent out to people who bring me customers.

Old lead gen was well, looking for new talented SEO people. Don't need resume or experience, just results

The product sells itself. because of government tax credit and financing we offer, the product sells itself. Take the helping the environment angle or take the savings angle. Target group is homeowners
(obviously). If you're able to bring commercial leads, contact me and we can discuss increased compensation.

I'm looking to get results fairly fast, cutoff for accepting new people is Friday. However, I'm willing to hear out any long-term strategies you may have in mind.

Let's talk about payment. Some basic math will be required here. I'm open to paying $1-30 on a lead, depending on the expected quality. But this model is unfair to the marketers. If a solar business buys 1000 leads at $5 a lead ($5000) and closes ONE PERCENT (low) of those leads, they will make $250,000, good companies will make a million. If you don't believe me, researcch wholesale solar prices and do the math.
I think marketing is worth more than 2% of profit. So I'm paying $500 per sale closed on your lead. 20-100x what others pay. It's not too good to be true, I simply see the value in solar and know marketers can help me beat the greedy people every time. Trust is an issue here, so the first lead will be paid on close. Non-negotiable, even on the sales side of solar, the real money is in the commission and not the up front pay. After trust is built and quality is proven, you'll get direct payment for your leads. I can personally answer any solar questions and provide example copy.

Mods let me know if theres any rules I need to follow regarding this.

Also paying a $20 Gift (PayPal) to the first person that gives me a COMPLETE and EXHAUSTIVE list of every single place like this on the internet. Any and Every Where BlackHat or GreyHat marketers gather to discuss topics like this. Easy 20 bucks.
