Paying $10 Dollars to Mess Around With this Phone Number

So i was recently doing my usual stuff of selling Ingame currency/items and making money. So i was selling gold and this one person scammed me even though i've known him for a while over the internet. Sold him currency for around $100 USD, and he never paid. So i have his phone number/name and if anyone can help me mess around with his number ill pay you $10. You don't have to do it, you can also suggest an idea. You can contact me through aim/msn if your interested and i can pay through paypal/moneybooker.

Him scamming $100 dollars isn't much to me, but him calling me a retard is what ticked me off. He was quite happy that he scammed me saying eventhough i have his phone number i can't do much.
 
I believe there is a rule about sharing personal info here. Would remove it if i was you

Not saying you should do this but there are plenty of CPA offers that will bill his phone company. In the end he can get the charges dropped when he gets his bill but its still a pain... (these are often at the end of surveys or within email/zip submits)
 
Enter his phone number into those ringtone sites and he will get billed if he verifies it. Or he will just get pissed by all the random calls.

I can do this if you want, though if it's illegal than I won't.
 
If anyone PM me with a list of these sites i can fill it in, i can pay you $2-5 dollars.
Im paying $10 dollars to the person who can cause this person the most problem.

A method I see mentioned here a lot for stuff like this is:

Stick his number on Craigslist in the M4M section. If you've got his email, put that on there too and they will send him dick pix.:)
 
I think you should contact his Cellular Network and tell them your problem,
Maybe they can help you.
