quick background - ive got a site that ive been incubating for quite some time. now that its getting decent traffic im ready to start offering leads to professionals within that industry on an exclusive basis - i.e. one professional per post code.

there are approximatley 350 post codes involved and therefore, 350 different potential clients. rather than having leads come into a central email address and then we manually send them out, i want the leads sent directly to clients email accounts and cc'd to our own central email address so that we have 'proof of enquiry / lead'.

anybody already doing something similar who can share how theyre doing it?

    thanks

ps - wordpress and non wordpress solutions both welcome

This is an easy thing to achieve. I can help you get something setup that will work perfectly and custom to you.

sounds good and unless you've got any objection, it would be really useful to other BHW members if you shared your solution openly on here as there will be other people on the forum who are facing exactly the same problem....

This one seems simple, here's my input. Use Contact Form 7 (or similar) plugin on WP. You can set up a new form for each page (or postcode). Each form can be set up to send to a unique email address and you can CC to your own email as well. Once you make one form, you just copy/duplicate it and the only thing you need to do is change out one bit of information (the email that the lead should go to).
