Pay-per-install.org Down

Does pay-per-install.org being down have anything to do with this website being down? The second I was going to take action with ppi the best forum for it is down lol. Oh well, I can figure out the basics from other sources.

It will be up later today/tomorrow whole new upgrade done too it. There was a notice yesterday before we took it down.
