is there anyway I can pay monthly for a domain? I want to buy like 10-20 domains and pay 10-20$ monlthy for all year for them. Is that possible?

Or is there any other website like hosting24.com where you buy monthly hosting and get a free domain with it

Your only option is to go for a yearly hosting and take up the free domain (but the downside is renewal costs will be high for those domains from year 2 onwards).

Find godaddy 99 cent coupon and buy 20 domains for less than $20 a year.

weeklydomains.com allow you to pay weekly instead of monthly
20c per week is still $10 per year with no discounts

ICANN requires yearly domains. You won't find a provider for a monthly cost lol.

Op you are actually confusing everyone. You are mentioning hosting packages clubbed with free domains. Yes there are many hosts that offer that.

But from you op you also say you want to pay for multiple domains monthly. Thing is as @HudsonWebServices already said ICANN required yearly domains. You won't find a provider that will allow monthly on domain registration.

You can find packages clubbed with hosting having free domains but not individual domains with monthly pay option.
