    Hi,

I have a possible supplier in Pakistan that I want to trade with.

PayPal is not available in Pakistan yet so he can't sign up to PayPal atm.

Is there any way to send from PayPal to moneybookers? what do u recommend I do?

    Btw how's moneybookers buyer protection?

This is kinda high priority issue for me, so I'd very appreciate fast responses!

    Thanks!

Moneybookers doesnt offer refunds. Once it is sent, then it is gone.
And just make sure that you got a good guy and you will be fine.

Hey, are you sure about that? According to http://www.exchangezone.com/en/welcome , moneybookers transactions can be reversed just like paypal...

They could be wrong, but I was just wondering, if you're sure?

Let me know because I'm interested as well.

It can only be reversed in certain cases. I tried to reverse once and I didn't have option for it lol.

Also I added you on skype. Need to ask something about your banner.

It's even slightly confusing, when coming from moneybookers.. this what I found on their site:

". If the e-mail address of the intended recipient is registered with us, the funds will be instantly credited to the Skrill (Moneybookers) Account associated with that e-mail address, unless you use the Skrill
(Moneybookers) Escrow Service as described in section 13. Once funds are credited to the recipient's Skrill
(Moneybookers) Account, the transaction becomes irreversible."

". You should be aware that receipt of funds to your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account does not
necessarily mean that these transactions cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to reverse a payment in
case the payer or the payer's bank or payment service provider has charged back or otherwise reversed (or
is reasonably likely to charge back or otherwise reverse) an upload or other payment which was used to
    fund the payment to you."

    https://www.moneybookers.com/pdf/terms/mb_terms_en.pdf
    ------------------

I think this is the first timed in history, I've seen blatant contradiction, in one FAQ document lol. They should have said a transaction can be reversed ONLY IF charged back by a bank, in the first paragraph... not 5 paragraphs later...

So, I'm guessing it can only be reversed if someone calls their bank and claims fraud or something... And I dont think theirs anyway to stop that type of reversal.. Only with something like liberty reserve or webmoney.

MB is good in Fee,sending and withdraw money as well :)

For sending money to some one they have Escrow option as well i think you can try that i never tried it but hope so it will work ;)

First of all Exchanging money between PayPal and Moneybookers is illegal under Paypal and MB TOS.

Second, exchanging PayPal to Moneybookers..... Probably all smart exchangers will give you a hold time period ( 1-7days~ before they send you mb ) and also will take AT LEAST 15-20% fees.

It is expensive to exchange PayPal.

I'm myself exchanger in many money forums. ( ukash - lr, lr-ukash )

What about buyer protection, I think Moneybookers do have for eBay purchases, but not for the individual purchases.

P.S. Escrow is goldmine there. Use always as you need to, because if you will be scammed, chances to get back your money is ZERO.

P.S.S. It is also hard to find trusted exchanger who's going to change your paypal to MB. Exchangers don't like to buy PayPal...

    Good luck!
