I saw this on a couple of the ad networks that I was considering joining but didn't. It stated in their TOS that signups from the social network site referrals would not be counted for any pay.

Is this becoming a problem??? Or do you think that it's just a limited occurance with a couple of crappy networks?? (I've looked at so many I can't remember which ones they were.:p.

    Just wondering!

    TIA

Possibly a way to get around this is to create a redirect link that would be posted inside Social Networking sites. That way the CPA Companies will think the clicks are comming from your site.

Or you can just create your own landing page with an i frame. Think of ways around this, there are many.

Is myspace still worth trying. I know someone who did the same thing and he was telling me that it's not worth it.

Was he just keeping me from being competition or is myspace slowly dying as a source of income?

i never quite understand why the cpa companies care where the traffic comes from as long as they get legitimate people who are interested in their offerings. why do they care where it comes from?

if you want to use any of the social sites you are going to have to use redirects. i don't know of any that accept direct traffic although i'm using one that i make a couple bucks off of strictly from a social network site.

i wish i had the fuckin patience to keep trying myspace. they have really clamped down and the last thing i want to do is enter capchas all day.
