Paxum withdraw to bank account not working

    I don't know if anyone else is having this issue.

    I've always been more than thrilled with Paxum except for one glitch back in February, & I bite the $5 withdrawal limit every time I withdraw my money. But recently when I tried to help Paxum by offering to try & help get them an ACH processor (this was a problem for them back in February & I'm a merchant services consultant), 3-4 times the owner ignored my e-mails. I had them sent through the contact that goes around online helping people with Paxum problems or questions, as she wouldn't give me his e-mail address.

    I was shocked that the owner didn't wish to resolve this HUGE problem that w/could affect hundreds of thousands of their customers. And that he was so rude that he ignored my e-mails. This went on over the course of 3 weeks until I finally told the girl I don't care anymore, I don't chase people who clearly don't want my help. Without even an apology she said she would tell him.

    Fast forward to this week, & a payment I moved to withdraw to my bank account from my Paxum account STILL hasn't arrived.

    Before it took 24 hours, max 48 hours for me to get my money, it's now Friday & I started the transfer on Monday early in the day.

    I'm VERY nervous now as another much larger amount was put into my Paxum account before I could make other arrangements, so I had to start the transfer yesterday.

    The contact at Paxum has put a ticket in, but this is NUTS. I've been using Paxum for almost a year now & I NEVER had this problem until now & whatever that glitch was back in February.

    Is anyone else having this issue?
