After the shitshow with the Choice bank they issued a new card (for free, yay). The card never arrived, it took them 2 months to realize that. Then they gentlemanly allowed me to pay for the new one, which can also get lost in the mail. But also stated that I can pay 100$ to have the card send with tracking ( which costs 12$ I checked with Canada mail). They didn't even bother to let me know there's something wrong, after 2-3 mails I got a generic email along the lines "ok, ok, sorry, don't be such a pain in the ass, there are like a zillion people waiting for the card" I know they have to earn something and pay taxes, but this is just shitty behavior. It may be paranoid but I think they just don't send the card first time so you have to pay for it yourself. Anybody else?
