After the shitshow with the Choice bank they issued a new card (for free, yay).
The card never arrived, it took them 2 months to realize that.
Then they gentlemanly allowed me to pay for the new one, which can also get lost in the mail.
But also stated that I can pay 100$ to have the card send with tracking ( which costs 12$ I checked with Canada mail).
They didn't even bother to let me know there's something wrong, after 2-3 mails I got a generic email along the lines "ok, ok, sorry, don't be such a pain in the ass, there are like a zillion people waiting for the card"
I know they have to earn something and pay taxes, but this is just shitty behavior.
It may be paranoid but I think they just don't send the card first time so you have to pay for it yourself.
    Anybody else?

It did, from Belarus. They somehow missed entire country, continent actually, and whoever received it was kind enough to mail it to me.
If you read this thank you Varvara, whoever you are.
