Yes their would be more fees , like about 3 to 4 percent fees would be deduced !

Yes. There is. The fee you will pay will depend on rate set by the person you will trade on payxful as well as Paxful 1% fee

Actually, 1% will be for Paxful if you are taking your money out from their platform. Then the person you are trading with will also add his own markup. So it is something you need to check up on yourself to know the actual cost of moving funds from paxful to binance.
