I was just reading a few articles at Arstechnica.com and thought they were quite interesting though at the same time complete bullshit (well, not the actual articles). App developers denounce Oracle?s ?shameful? appeal case against Google Code: http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2013/06/app-developers-denounce-oracles-shameful-appeal-case-against-google/ What? Are you kidding me? Apple, betrayed by its own law firm Code: http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2013/06/apple-betrayed-by-its-own-law-firm/ This one is an interesting one but too long to post here. I just hope bullshit like this will get solved otherwise in the future any kind of creation you may come up with will be in one way or another part of someone's patent. Can you imagine what would happen if there was a patent on toilet paper or even toilet units and the way they work? Damn, we'd be going back in time, that's for sure.
