Pass page rank cloak quiry

Ok I'm new but-How would you make a text link (like a paid link in someone elses blog) look like its a no follow when it is really passing rank to the recipient? In other words feed code to the site owner to cloak what the link is doing so prying eyes did not know from the outside heavy page rank was transferring? Even in the face of related links close by not passing rank. Can it be done undetected?
